In implementing these duties, the Company follows the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter referred to as the “GDPR”), the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania, as well as the requirements for the processing of personal data established in other legal acts.


UAB Ulivita Privacy and Cookie Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Privacy Policy”) sets out the basic principles and conditions under which the Company handles customer’s personal data (hereinafter referred to as the “Personal Data”) when a client (hereinafter referred to as the “Client” or “You”) visits the Company or uses the Company’s Website and / or Apps.
